Because skin absorption of bromopropane is very high, exposure through this route can be greater than through inhalation. That’s why we must use biological monitoring.

驗血還是驗尿? Blood Test or Urine Test?

答案是:要驗尿! * 驗尿:檢測尿液中的代謝物「AcPrCys」。這個數值可以最準確地反映你從所有途徑(吸入、皮膚)吸收的溴丙烷總劑量。 * 驗血:相對來說不適用,因為溴丙烷在血液中很快就會被代謝,無法準確反映暴露狀況。

附註: 目前法規明列的檢查項目是:一般理學檢查、血液學檢查(血色素、白血球、血小板等)、肝功能(GOT、GPT)、神經系統檢查(感覺、運動、反射等)🔎 尿液檢查並沒有被列為強制必做項目。

  2. 工程控制:若無法替代,所有作業都應在密閉系統中進行,並安裝局部排氣通風裝置,將蒸氣在產生時就吸走。Engineering Controls: If substitution is not possible, all operations should be conducted in an enclosed system with local exhaust ventilation to capture vapors at the source.
  3. 個人防護具(最後一道防線):這是最容易出錯的環節。
