答案是:要驗尿! * 驗尿:檢測尿液中的「2,5-己二酮(2,5-HD)」。這是國際公認的黃金標準,因為這個代謝物可以最準確地反映你從所有途徑(吸入、皮膚)吸收了多少正己烷。 * 驗血:反而沒什麼幫助!因為正己烷本身在血液中的濃度不穩定,無法代表長期暴露的總劑量。 The answer is: Test the urine! * Urine Test: Measures “2,5-hexanedione (2,5-HD)” in the urine. This is the internationally recognized gold standard because this metabolite most accurately reflects how much n-hexane you have absorbed from all routes (inhalation, skin). * Blood Test: Is not very helpful! Because the concentration of n-hexane itself in the blood is unstable and does not represent the total dose from long-term exposure.
