It’s more like a “health forecast” specifically designed for the hazards you might encounter at work. It helps to detect early warning signs before they become major problems, keeping occupational diseases at bay!
這種健檢厲害的地方在於它「雙管齊下」：一方面，它會直接檢查你身體裡有沒有「不該出現的客人」（例如：血裡面的鉛濃度），這叫「暴露指標」；另一方面，它也會檢查這些客人是不是已經開始「搗蛋」了（例如：噪音有沒有讓聽力下降），這就叫「效應指標」。同時監控「原因」和「結果」，才能給你最給力的保護啦！ The great thing about this check-up is its “two-pronged approach”: on one hand, it checks for “unwanted guests” in your body (e.g., lead levels in your blood), known as “exposure biomarkers”; on the other hand, it checks if these guests are already causing trouble (e.g., hearing loss from noise), known as “effect biomarkers.” Monitoring both “cause” and “effect” provides the best protection!
