午後陽光斜照在村外那條蜿蜒的小徑上,呵吉站在起點,身後是一群穿著運動服的村民──從牙牙學語的幼童,到白髮蒼蒼的長者,個個精神抖擻。今天是「活力小徑開走日」,目標不是速度,而是一起動起來!

The afternoon sun slanted across the winding trail outside the village. Huggie stood at the starting point with a group of villagers dressed in activewear—from toddling children to silver-haired elders, all brimming with energy. Today marked the “Path to Vitality Walk,” where the goal wasn’t speed but simply moving together!

「運動不一定要激烈,重點是持續。」豆可松帶著大家做暖身,伸展手腳、扭腰擺臀,一邊說明不同年齡適合的運動方式。「走路是最簡單的全身運動,還能促進心肺與情緒健康。」

“Exercise doesn’t have to be intense—the key is consistency,” DoctorSung explained while guiding everyone through warm-ups: stretching limbs, twisting hips. She described age-appropriate activities for all. “Walking is one of the simplest full-body exercises. It boosts your heart, lungs, and even your mood.”

遊戲與任務點燃活力

沿途設有「身體小站」──每隔一段路就有一個站點,有的教導深呼吸放鬆,有的提供小遊戲讓孩子跳躍、平衡或模仿動物的動作。豆可松在終點設了「動一動得貼紙」機台,孩子們一完成任務就能集點換取健康勳章。

Along the trail were “Body Stations”—rest stops with activities like deep-breathing, balance games, and animal-movement challenges for kids. At the end, DoctorSung set up a “Move-to-Earn Stickers” booth where children could trade completed tasks for health badges.

Sharing Moments

「我學會怎麼保護膝蓋了!」一位老奶奶笑著說,她分享了自己學到的膝部強化操;一旁的小朋友則大聲說:「我會熊走路了!」笑聲在小徑間回響。

“I learned how to protect my knees!” laughed an elderly lady as she demonstrated her new knee-strengthening moves. Beside her, a child shouted, “I can walk like a bear now!” Giggles and joy echoed down the trail.

最後,全體回到廣場做伸展收操,並圍成圈討論:「我們可以怎麼把運動變成每天的一部分?」大家提出一起晨走、午休瑜伽、黃昏跳舞等點子,決定每週固定舉辦一次社區動動日。

At the end, everyone returned to the square for cool-down stretches and a group discussion: “How can we make movement part of everyday life?” Ideas flowed—morning walks, lunchtime yoga, sunset dances. The community agreed to host a weekly “Move Together Day.”
